  • how to take measures in your home to prevent it
  • what the physical signs and symptoms are
  • what people should do if they have been exposed
  • NI based organisations to contact for further help.

Hardcopies of this leaflet will be available shortly. To request copies or for further information please contact the Promoting Wellbeing Team on Tel: 028 3831 1524 or 3834 4973.

Carbon Monoxide has no taste and no smell without knowing the signs and symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning or having a working carbon monoxide detector in your home you could be at risk. All types of fossil fuels can under the right circumstances give off CO gas.
