A new website has just been launched by the British Blind and Shutter Association (BBSA) to prevent the risk posed to young children from looped cords on blinds.
Then site provides advice on checking the blinds in your home and making them safe as well as an information leaflet for parents and carers of young children.
A telephone number for the BBSA is provided Tel: 01449 780 444 for members of the public to find their nearest approved BBSA ‘Make it Safe' supplier.
